Slideshow with content from your SharePoint site

Carousel is a slideshow that can be used as a news web part on the main page.
It displays content from your SharePoint site. It allows you to show content from Pages library, Assets library or a custom list. All you have to do is define the list, number of items, sort order and the content, the columns you want to show.

You can also define multiple items to show in a single slide. In that case, the items are shown each with their own links. The only thing you have to do is to set the app part to show the number of items per slide to a number larger than 1.

Installation

Add the app to your site and you are ready to go.
